A BigFoot Bulldog
About BigFoot Bulldogs

The family and the standard behind every BigFoot bulldog.

Since 2010, we have raised French and English Bulldogs in our home in Lubbock, Texas. Health, structure, and temperament guide every pairing we plan and every puppy we place.

Our story

How BigFoot Bulldogs began

We started with one question: what would it take to raise bulldogs that are healthy, sound, and easy to live with? That question became a fifteen-year commitment. We fell for the breed early, for the calm temperament and the way a good bulldog becomes part of the family, and we set out to breed for those qualities on purpose rather than by chance.

Everything we do still comes back to the dogs. We keep our program small so every dog and every litter gets real attention.

How we breed

What responsible breeding means to us

Health first

Our breeding dogs are health-tested for the conditions that matter in their breed, and every puppy goes home with a health record and a written guarantee. We would rather skip a breeding than take a shortcut with a dog's health.

Structure and function

We select for correct bone, balanced proportion, and sound movement so our dogs can breathe, move, and live comfortably. Exotic color is welcome in our program, but it never comes before structure and health.

Temperament

A good bulldog should be steady, social, and confident. Our puppies are raised underfoot, handled daily, and introduced to the sounds and routines of a busy home so they are ready for family life.

Raised at home

Raised in our home, not a kennel

Our puppies grow up inside our home as part of the family. Early handling and gentle socialization help them become confident, adaptable dogs that settle into a new home with ease.

We also care where they go. We take the time to learn about each family so we can match the right puppy with the right home. Placing a puppy well matters to us as much as breeding one.

AKCRegistered
Registration

Proudly AKC registered

BigFoot Bulldogs is registered with the American Kennel Club. AKC registration records a dog's pedigree and confirms that it descends from a documented line of the same breed.

We like to be clear about what that means. Registration is a record of lineage, not a measure of health on its own. We pair AKC registration with health testing and careful selection so our paperwork and our dogs tell the same story. If you have a question about a specific dog's registration or pedigree, we are always glad to share it.
